Nothing But A Ripple is a story that paints a very very real picture - in a good way. It's a definite eye-opener to a topic that society majorly still considers taboo - sex. The author, Seraphina Arden, worked as a sex surrogate for a some time a few years ago, and this book tells us essentially of what that constituted and how her life was back then. The best part about this book is that it does not become at any point too preachy or too gory or anything that would invoke extreme emotions. Instead, it will make you think, ponder and comprehend. There are so many things that our society labels as impure, taboo, 'bad'. But it's high time we talk about it. So many of our own are oppressed and suppressed because they do or feel things that 'society' considers worthy of shun or outcast. If instead we accept these things and talk about them, make others feel comfortable about their existence, then maybe, just maybe, the world can become a better place.Love this book for the principles that it is based on and the lessons that it aims to teach. Highly recommend.
