I wish I could give 0 stars, and also with the seller would have a clear, upfront policy on returns. I understand the nature of sexual health products makes returns... well.. NOT something you want. However, when the product does not work for someone in the way described, I think the company should have to make the situation right. I was excited for a hands-free option to enjoy with my spouse, but the one and only time we tried to use this product, it was awful and totally detracted from our time together. In all positions and configurations we tried, the We-Vibe Match fully slipped out of place. We were constantly re-inserting the product, physically holding it with our hands, and eventually just tossed it to the side. This isn't even a matter of personal preference-- the website and product description for the Match show hands-free penetrative sex with the product. That's not the reality- at all. Super disappointed, and really aggravated to have spent $130+ on a toy we can't use. I hope other's have better luck. After digging deeper into reviews of similar We-Vibe products, we don't seem to be the only couples that had this problem.
